Jouni, Either Kasparov is losing his touch or he is deliberately letting his guard down to hold the audience in suspense. He knew that this game would end in a draw with best play on his part. A well-placed blunder certainly increases the general audience's interest. Since this is not a contest for his rating I know that Gary doesn't care whether he wins or loses. He is certainly a good actor. Gary is earning his money. It is true that most chess players start to burn out by their 40s. Chess computers only get better. TJF PS I doubt that any of the masters at this site would even get one point out of four against Fritz X3D on the quad machine.
