I think he would if he had played it against fritz multiple times and won each game. I've done that _very_ thing in the past myself. We used to have monthly chess tournaments at our chess club at the University of Southern Mississippi, and to avoid a "bye" we would enter a chess computer to prevent an odd number of players. The old "super-constellation" was the last one we used and I discovered a couple of ways to trick it out of a piece with little danger, although I would _never_ play the particular variation against a human or against (say) Cray Blitz.
