I have no idea why he was banned, but I believe it dated to the accusations of cheating dealing with Deep Sjeng's opening book in the Dutch championship. I've been a moderator at least three times. We only banned two people that I can remember, one in error (Rolf) IMHO. Sean Evans should never be allowed back in.
