I don't believe that was the reason.  IE the most logical person to complain
would be me, in that case, but you can easily ask _any_ moderator if I have
_ever_ complained about anyone here.  I haven't.  I have no idea why he was
banned, but I believe it dated to the accusations of cheating dealing with
Deep Sjeng's opening book in the Dutch championship.  That was the last
place where he went "overboard"...

I don't know.  I've been a moderator at least three times.  We only banned
two people that I can remember, one in error (Rolf) IMHO.  Sean Evans should
never be allowed back in.  Other than those, I don't really care.
