Yes, but there are times where excuses are excuses, and there are times when
excuses are valid. One of the posters below said that Kasparov had headaches in
both games. Clearly he can't complain about Chessbase or X3D, because if he does
that, he angers the sponsors and causes the product to fail. It would be the

Imagine the headlines: "Kasparov loses match to Fritz X3D due to 3D Headaches"
That would be followed by sentences like: "Former world champ Gary Kasparov lost
to Fritz X3D today. Kasparov complained of headaches caused by the 3D
technology. While 3D has come a long way, clearly it isn't ready for prime time,
judging from the champ's performance."

It would be the kiss of death for this product.

Maybe he deserves to lose for allowing himself to be drawn into such bad playing
conditions, but that's not my point.
