One of the posters below said that Kasparov had headaches in both games. Clearly he can't complain about Chessbase or X3D, because if he does that, he angers the sponsors and causes the product to fail. It would be the ultimate "anti-endorsement." Imagine the headlines: "Kasparov loses match to Fritz X3D due to 3D Headaches" That would be followed by sentences like: "Former world champ Gary Kasparov lost to Fritz X3D today. Kasparov complained of headaches caused by the 3D technology. While 3D has come a long way, clearly it isn't ready for prime time, judging from the champ's performance." It would be the kiss of death for this product. Maybe he deserves to lose for allowing himself to be drawn into such bad playing conditions, but that's not my point. Roger
