Thanks Ed,

Rebel 12 and Extended Book Learning does work when set to read&write. One game
of 20-30 against a GM on ICC Rebel finished in a draw. A few games later Rebel
Played the same opening and soon got out of the book. Under the LEARN TAB
inside the Engine info I saw the previous moves from the Drawn game. It still
played the moves BUT automatically continued at a much deeper depth. At one
point Rebel decided NOT to take the move, meaning it saw a much stronger move 1
ply deeper, and it took that. IT WON!! Wouldn't you know it Rebel played that
same line 3 more times and won each one. The GM eventually stopped playing that
open.

One more question. Does Rebel 12 and Engine Learning work when I create my own
Personality as the default personality? So game starts with Personlity X
loaded. Then will Rebel load Rebel1.eng like you explain if needed during the
game or does the default Rebel personality need to be loaded?
