Subject: What time lewvel would be fair?

 Just down-loaded Arena onto a 6 year old desk top P11 @ 300mz - 256 ram.

 Want to play Ruffian 1.0.05 on this desk top against F8 .0.0.23 on a lap top
 P111 @ 1.2 gz - 256 ram

 What time level would be fair to both engines?

 Just played one game : F8 black 3sec move lost.Ruffian white 10sec won.
 The game was a sicilian and lasted 61 moves and F8 resigned.

 Ruffian most certainly has a book. And F8 would use it's std book.
