No

I think 32...Kg8 is the best move
The king has nothing to do at h7

The idea is a line like 33.Qb6 Rf6 34.Qxb7 Ne3 when black wins the game.

White can play in a different way but if white does nothing black can put the
queen at f7 and the knight at e7 in order to capture d5
