The German GM Christopher Lutz also wrote a chess program in earlier times, but I suppose that program never became public or well known ... Also IM Martin Borriss (from Dresden) elo about 2470 (?) wrote a chess program called Gullydeckel running on the German Internet Chess Server (GICS), rated between 2200 and 2300 ...
