One of John Nunn's books (can't remember which) is a fount of information about discoveries in the 5-piece tablebase sets. (The interesting philosophical point is that, although a computer generated the positions, in most cases a human had to trawl through mountains of data to "rediscover the discoveries" ...). Alastair
