piece-square-tables have the advantage that you have a really fast evaluation
thanks to incremental eval updating. but apart from that, they simply have to be
bad in the long run, because they are too simplistic. i'm certain that a good
evaluation will do better than PST. however, if you don't have a good eval, then
using PST instead will look quite good in comparison :-)
