It is interesting that creating a ctg book from the same database doesn't take
as long!

And all this time will be spent creating a book which will work *only* on
Shredder interface. With that regard, fbk format is preferable, but there
doesn't seem to be a tool which can create fbk books. And when loading fbk books
in Shredder, it also takes a hell of a lot of time.
