I have the database stored in PGN (actually just converted it to CBF to save
disk space). But in order to create an opening book out of it, I have to convert
it to either CTG, BKT, or FBK. CTG works only for Fritz interface, so I am left
with the other two... (and I don't want my engine to directly handle the
openings)
