Since .ctg is not mentioned in the FGCRW readme file, i think it's doubtful if
this format is supported. This is an old program, and so i think the FRITZ
reference is to the .fbk format. You could try and contact the author for more
info. I don't know his email, his name is Emil Vlasak.
