my guess for Fritz is 1.e4 again (h4 is a ridiculous move and Kasparov would win). If Kasparov plays for a win in the middlegame eg. by playing Sicilian he might lose (lots of risk); so he will think of e5 again, and then again the Berlin (same as game 2). After 4 d3! and .. d6 Fritz then also could play Nc3 (instead of c3) for a little surprise.. :)
