  After a very short thought (I'm at work now) I think that black is a little
better. White is almost forced to play d4 and go for some exachanges that leave
it with a weaker pawn structure in a simplified position.
  If white doesn't want to simplify with d4, they have to wait and black can
prepare several plans (for example c6 and b5 or Nh5 and f5 f4 moving the rooks
to the right places.
  However, I'd bet this position must be an easy draw if white doesn't make
mistakes.
