I wonder what group of members did that?  The charter can't be changed
"just because".  IE I certainly fell that _I_ have a contractural agreement
from them since I have paid my dues and have never been notified of any
pending charter change other than the name change a few years back.

But I would not be surprised...

And I won't be renewing either.
