If you want a North America WCCC, then find the sponsors and the ICGA will hold
the event there. Simple as that.

We wanted to host the event at our university here in Israel. For more than a
year we have been going from one sponsor to another trying to raise the money.
It is indeed very hard to find sponsors for the event, but if you raise the
money, you will get the hosting.

I would personally be most interested to come to North America for WCCC 2005.
So, good luck finding sponsors!
