I agree that if there was a monthly CCT-style tournament, it wouldn't be an
"event". And I can't see many people playing month in month out. Really
regularly competition is perhaps best left to the tournaments various people
play on their own machines?

However... I do like the idea of having extra CCT-style blitz tournaments. These
could then be done in a day, or maybe over a weekend but with a round-robin
format, as opposed to the usual swiss.

So, my vote would be to keep an annual big CCT competition (it has now become an
annual one, even if it didn't start that way) and a couple of other extra online
tournaments in a different format. If anyone would organise them...

(Btw, one last thing. Returning to the actual topic, I think it would be great
if the NA authors could setup an NA CC association. Not because of the criticism
of the ICGA, but because it would be a Good Thing anyway.)
