Interesting. I would think, there is no slightly easy way without search. Even
if one engine would prefer pos two - I think it would be mostly luck.

How to prefer pos 2 can be easy. Evaluate pins, evalualte more advanced pawn
better. In 2 positions, the Q pins the R. So depending on the "advanced pawn
bonus" vs. the "pin bonus" a primitive eval can choose the right pos at a leave
node (however it seems, that one will never compare all 3 positions from the
same node).
