I assume that it is a mistake
I believe they will fix this bug

I do not see a logical reason for chessbase to do it

It is not important to be number1 in the ssdf list(chessmaster is the most
popular program and not fritz) and I believe that most of the buyers of fritz5
did not buy it because it is number 1 in the ssdf list.
I bought fritz5 because it was an engine for Junior5.
A friend of mine bought fritz engines because it is good at tactics.
I think that most of the buyers of chess programs did not hear about the ssdf
list.

I think it is better to send an email to chessbase and tell them about the
problem and only if chessbase does not reply or does not agree to fix the
problem in a reasonable time to say that it is a "mistake".
