Subject: Crafty 19.05 binary

Caveat... To run this binary, you will need one of these versions of the Win32
operating system:
Windows XP, Windows 2000 Professional, Windows NT Workstation 4.0, Windows
Server 2003, Windows 2000 Server, or Windows NT Server 4.0

Binary:

Whole shooting match:
ftp://cap.connx.com/chess-engines/new-approach/c19_05.zip

In theory, it's NUMA aware, but I have not tested that part.

I can't make a single threaded version, because the NUMA call stuff rules that
out.

I had to make a bunch of changes to get it to compile.  Hopefully, I did not
break anything.
