Mig, How about more open competitions for the right to face Kasparov? For example, the World Computer Chess Championships are being held in Graz, Austria next week. Winning this event is generally considered the highest honor in computer chess. What if it also earned the winner a right to face Kasparov? The competition at these computer-chess tourneys is already fierce, but this would take it to a whole new level. :) -Peter P.S. Does Kasparov practice with any engines other than Fritz, Junior, and Shredder?
