Bugs - Both have bugs, if you tell the CA developers about the bugs, they will get fixed. If you look at the Chessreviews group on yahoo, you'll see that the head developer for CA often makes an appeareance there. Also, requests for new features are listened to very seriously. Support - I like CA's support. At least you get the feeling that someone is listening. Once again, check the chessreviews mailing list for more amplification.
