According to the SSDF, Crafty 18.12 is 169 ELO below Junior 8. I imagine Crafty has improved more than 19 ELO from 18.12 to 19.5, but maybe not. It also depends on what hardware is used. An Opteron will give Crafty a 60% boost. A quad Opteron will run Crafty at 8Mnps. If Crafty gets a 10x or 100x time advantage using a quad Opteron, while Junior runs on its dual or quad 32-bit machine, that is very different from a 10x time advantage on equal hardware.
