Please share your finding with this group, and the evidence you base this on in
your findings.

It may not be cheating, it could be a bug. If its true that it does this, and
they refuse to fix it, Then yes I agree 100% they are cheating, and they should
get no support from anyone. But lets not jump the gun in calling Chessbase and
Junior a cheater yet no matter what you find.
