I am grateful to GCP and others for publishing information about WCCC 2003 in Graz and to ICC for relaying some of the games live, but overall the coverage seems patchy, particularly given it is the showcase computer World Championship event - and there is some interesting new hardware. Have ICCA not heard of the internet, do they expect people travel to Graz, is it a private affair and not for 'outsiders', or have I just not stumbled on the correct web site yet. Frustrating. (BTW I still do not understand why they are not playing this through a chess server and thereby automatically relaying moves to spectators. Publicity is generally a good thing.)
