Subject: Shredder Still Number One

Losing a game to Fritz or any other program doesn't mean Shredder is still not
number one ! Watching round 3, Fritz vs Shredder today, Shredder got itself
into time trouble, "or the operator did", it would appear that the operators may
have changed the allotted time to think and had Shredder make moves quicker to
help with the time trouble, maybe !? The reason i say that is only because how
fast Shredder started moving in a very complex position when everyone including
comps, thought Shredder had pulled out a miracle draw!. It would appear that the
game could have been drawn, then Shredder made some bad moves very quickly,
so____just an opinion
In either case, no matter what may have happened, Shredder is still the
strongest program out their, SSDF has Shredder 52 pts ahead of Fritz. But, of
course in the world of chess programs, that could change at anytime.
