As far as I remember, operators are allowed to change the internal clock of the program if it requests to do so (the reasoning behind this is that you mostly lose a few seconds every move for transferring the move played at the board to the program and for playing the move on the board and pressing the clock), at least up to a certain number of times per game. So you could tell the program it has less time so that it will move faster. Best regards - Munjong.
