Thanks for the encouragement.  I will try to do it, but because I have
countless other tasks I should do or want to do, it is currently impossible
to give an estimated release date.

Vektor is certainly a very good (and beautiful) GUI, but unfortunately
it is not free.  I want a free UCI and Winboard compatible GUI with a
native OSX look and feel.
