It is also the operating system that matters. I have a 400 MHz. Toshiba e750, with PPC2002 Pocket Fritz2 run at 3300 n/s on average during the midgame. After upgrading to WM2003 PF2 runs now at 20000 - 25000 n/s. A speed difference of 6 a 7. My opinion is that, even with the slower np/s, PF2 will beat Chess Genius most of the time.
