Subject: WCCC 2003 - Strangely Low Proportion Of Draws

32 games have been played - and only 3 of them have ended in draws.

As the standard of chess improves, one would expect the proportion of draws to
rise - but we're not seeing this here.

Best guess - there is a wide spread of playing ability between the 16 different
computers at this competition.
