You are asking why Fritz didnt resign. The operators of the engines are simply
not allowed to resign for the engine as long as the tournament director doesn´t
allow it. It was clear that Brutus will win for a long time and people already
started to make jokes ("oh its only +13! very unclear!" :-) In the final
position Brutus already showed a mate score.
