that is right but this championships is not about fairness. Its not a sports
event.
The sense is to measure the strongest program in the tournament, accepting that
the participants have different hardware.

if you really want to measure strength you need a uniform platform tournament.

an event we see in graz is mainly done for fun and on the other hand for
marketing
interests. the companies winning want to sell their products as good as
possible.
