I haven't been maintaining it since version 18.10, when ChessGenius was first released for the PocketPC (no more itch to scratch). The source code is available on Bob's site for an adventurous WinCE programmer to take over the project. The effort would probably be better spent turning crafty into an engine for PocketGrandmaster. To tell the truth, crafty is not an ideal base for a handheld chess player. It was designed for a modern PC architecture with SMP, lots of memory, and lots of caching. Crafty is also tuned for x86 processors and high search depths. Ian
