I will not be surprised if later he is going to explain that this information is misleading and Diep may be 75 times faster in part of the time but during the games it crash and has other problems. I remember that it crashed during the game against quark and Vincent put the wrong position so he had to take back moves and I remember also one discussion in ICC when he complained about some problems and Mridul claimed that it may be his fault because with right design it should not happen and he could help better(I am not sure what are the exact problems but it seems that the machine had problems to work fast after crashing but I did not follow all the discussion and crashing is only my guess because in the short time that I looked at the game of Diep against shredder I did not read about crashing) . 75 times faster than AMD 1800 is still less than 20 times faster than 4*2.8 Ghz(I do not know exaclty how much faster is 4*2.8 then 1.8 but I assume that it is 4-6 times faster). If we assume that 4*2.8 is 5 times faster than 1.8 then Diep is 15 times faster than Junior and the difference between being 15 times faster and 10 times faster is not so big. Note also that Crafty is not designed for 512 processors like Diep. Uri
