You have to be kidding about the words: "it waits".
 It doesn't understand many things from the position. It only understands that
if it moves it's pawns then it's position would become worse. Yes this is
something, but it's far from handling the position in an right way.
 If it understood the position then it would offer a draw, as it would knew
there is no way to win and even if it believed there is a win, then why it
played such silly moves. A human GM would laugh with both computers moves.
But to say :it waits" is wrong and it's the same like saying that it plays
fast it's moves, because it knows it's opponent is in time problem.
 Computers can't plan or think about any situation different from the evaluation
of variations.
