Hey guys! Thanks for putting up with a non-programming hack like myself! :-) I just wanted to know if any of you had insight on when new versions of the top commercial chess programs will be out. I already own Fritz 8 and I just ordered Hiarcs 9. When will Shredder, Junior, Chess Tiger, etc. be out with new releases? To Dr. Hyatt- Thanks for creating Crafty. I don't know why, but it is my favorite free engine out there. Quick question - when I download the latest version, is it already configured to be at its strongest? Or, are there some tweaks that can be done to make it stronger? Just curious.
