For once I have to agree with Uri: Deep Sjeng said it was a drawish, but slightly better for black as he could choose when and where to break. You could offer a draw, but the opponent wouldn't accept anyway as he is at +1 for him. And you know that when he tries to win you have good chances to swindle. Which is exactly what happened in the game. Offering a draw would have been a blunder. -- GCP
