Yes as far as can be ascertained; he has stopped responding to the mailing list
and I have emailed several minor bug reports which haven't been responded to or
fixed by him, although the new authors took them on.

Not that it matters much; Scid 3.4 is perfectly good for me until something
spectacular breaks it, which won't be happening soon unless there are wild
changes to the PGN standard ;)
