Djordje, you could be VERY right, especially if commercial interests are at play here---(and not merely performance issues of the tournament). Did you note how the ban was structured? LIST had played 3 of the 4 leaders. The ban would not take efect until LIST palyed the fourth one-- in order to preserve the disposition of the tournament. If something is unethical, then it is unethical in any round. Rigging tournament outcome is also questionable.Turning a blind eye to a violation for one round deliberately is also on first glance, an ethical issue of its own.
