If you are using Mathematica 3, then you might be interested in

Explorations in Quantum Computing
Hardcover - 256 pages Book & Cd edition (December 1997)
Springer Verlag; ISBN: 038794768X

It's a reasonable book about Quantum Computing, a little bit basic though. But
it contains a lot of working examples. There is a fair amount of material
available on the Web. If you are interested in this topic from a researcher's
perspective, check Physical Review Letters 1990 to 1998.
