I have not been contacted by the ICGA. I have not seen any List source code. I have not seen any games List played. I have not (to my knowledge) played List on ICC. I have no idea what the basis is for the claim, nor who made the claim, nor why they made it, nor why the ICGA took it so seriously. We just don't have any real data. In short, I live in an "information vacuum". With no data, anything I say would be based on nothing more than wild guesses...
