If you understand the rules, why argue the point? I've no position, I'm impartial. The ICGA under their system reached a mutual decision. It's that simple. Write them, if you feel it's wrong, or unfair, instead of wasting time posting here and achieving nothing. We can't change what has happened, and complaining at CCC will not resolve the issue. My POV is irrelavant. It will change nothing, debating it here.
