They even quoted the relevant section of their charter to justify their decision-making process. My point is the section they quoted actually points out the ambiguities involved in the process, and suggests that there were other courses of action that could have been followed. But...you may be right that something else may emerge. I can't prove that it won't emerge. If the ICGA was careless in the interpretation of their own charter, as I believe, then they may have been equally careless in choosing which facts to reveal. Roger
