IMO, those pieces are too enough to improve List not a clone of Crafty. Do you think he spends much time to write some new and "brilliant" codes just for sending to Dann and after sending he throw all away and back to use a "shame" clone? The old code is also enough for ICGA - they don't really need the latest version (we all can modify the version number of any code - those numbers in the code say nothing). Thus, I think the main problem is that the author don't want to co-operate with ICGA.
