It is not fair for other programmers who came to play games and now will have a
free win.
Banning list in case that it is needed can be done after the tournament.

I also understand from other posts that the fault is not being a crafty clone
but using a part of Crafty without permission so the organizers should say which
part of Crafty
they mean.
