But: If an programmer start with his engine on an official tournament, the programmer must be available for the organizators (by phone, mail, fax and so on). If the organizators gave his OK for participant the organizators cann't cancel the program in a still running tournament. The organizators have enough time for organizing before the tournament started. Best Frank
