Ruffian got it at 6 seconds the second time I tried it. I know that Ruffian
returns a draw score if the position has only occured twice (instead of the
normal three occurances required for a draw). Bruce describes drawbacks to this

Does Crafty require the position to have occured three times before it results
in a draw? If so, that could account for the extra time needed.

Here is what I get with Crafty 19.3, after deleting the position.bin file. Both
times are just setup from the FEN string with the engines restarted before
analysis begins. It only took 3:17 for Crafty this time (instead of 4:02 last
time) to get a 0.00 score. At 1:57 I think we can call it a draw though (-0.02).
