Go up one level in this thread
As far as we know the action was taken based on examination of old binaries and making assumptions about the new binary being used at Graz. If the same evidence existed in the competing binary (assuming they bothered to look and they havent indicated that they have looked) then perhaps there is cause. But examining old binaries and drawing conclusions about the competing version isnt very sound. A salient question is this - Do current developers feel comfortable knowing that an annonymous person can level accusations against you based either on speculation or similarity of play with the result being a substantial ban. Personally, I wouldnt want to be a part of an organization that would do such a thing. I would find that nerve wracking and very disconcerting. I would call on the person that made the accusation to post, explaining the nature of the accusation. Any bets that he will? :(
