They know the rules. This has nothing to do with unfriendly behaviour.

That is the ICGA's _right_, like it or not, and the programmers know it.

Whatever Bob....the ICGA is run by very dedicated people, one of them is the
author of Chinook, and is a personal friend of a Canadian Chess Master, I know.

When I can I'll ask his take on all this.
